Dr. Jay M. Shah MD, FAAPMR is a double-board certified Pain Specialist, and is the Founder, Chief Physician Executive, and Medical Director of the SamWell Institute for Pain Management. SamWell Pain has two convenient office locations in Livingston and Woodbridge, New Jersey.

Dr. Shah completed training in Interventional Pain Medicine at the prestigious ACGME accredited Weill-Cornell Tri-Institutional Pain Fellowship in NY.
